Okay so i am trying to hop on my jtag and do **** right ? Every time i hop on it its all good for like 3 minutes then it just gets really loud and gets really hot and gets rrod. Then when i turn it off and wait 2-3 minutes and hop back on it does the same thing.

Any advice?

Same exact thing happens to me, but heres what you should do: Install Freestyle Dash and change the fan speed in settings to 100% or find a xex. that changes fan speed.

You might want to take the casing off of the xbox itself to let it 'vent' a little more. If not then you can always go down to the Best Buy or something and grab a Intercooler. That is what I have on my xbox since I dont have a jtag.
