no you cant system link on blackops to change you online rank...

3arc put their systemlink servers on a completely different sideserver so online rank cant be effected

never fall for those fake system link post, the most you can do is infect your retail xbox but 3arc bans infected xboxes/profiles in like 5-20 min

This will never be possible cus system link is on a side server so it has nothing to do with online
