Hey guys I've been wondering this site forever and finally signed up a couple weeks ago

I am in the works of buying a Jtag Xbox to host MW2 lobbies so hopefully i can do this site some service....

A quick question I have is, how do people with the same amount of posts as me have 10 times the rep that I do??
I guess I am asking how do you get so much rep??
