Ok so we had a pretty bad thunderstorm in my town and i wasn't home, when i got back i found that my cable, my tv, and everything but my xbox works. The light on the power brick won't come on at all, does anyone know how to fix this?

Unplug it and plug it back in? o_O
If it doesn't work, but I assume you had enough common sense to already try that, go to gamestop and ask them for a new one. You'll need to know what type it is first.

i already tried switching to another outlet, i'm using the same outlet my tv is plugged in to (the T.V. works) I'm thinking i'll have to get a new power brick, i just hope it didn't do any damage to the xbox though.

If a surge got it and nothing works, then try a new powerbrick
