Ok So I Downloaded The Link From A YouTube Video And I Thought It Was Going To Be GREAT Untill I Started The First Mission It Was All Laggy And Stuff If Anyone Can Help Me On This Solution I Would Be Very Grateful If You Can Help Me PM Me Thanks

You probably don't have a computer capable of running it. Try making the settings as low as possible. That might help it.
