I really want to go to wvu because my brother & sister graduated from there but I live in maryland now so out of state tuition is 17k a year where instate is 5k, and i only have a 3.0 GPA which is only good enough for a 4000$ a year scholarship. and I dont think in 2 years I can bring my GPA up to a 3.5
what do you think....?
