When I do a speed test, I get 1.65Mbps for a download speed - which is terrible, I know.

But with that - I only get 200kbps download speeds. Not what the speed test says I should be getting..? Why is this?

You Never hardly get what the ISPs advertise because of your phone line condition, Download speed is always lower, 200kbps is good

Okay. I wondered if it was just me. Also, how come I lag when someones using the wireless internet? I'm wired, shouldn't I have priority?
