ok technically this same thing happend to me except the other way around. some guy stole my account and i had microsoft points on it. He went and bought abunch of shit. i called live support apparently theres nothing they could do some arab lady kept not believing me and she said in the most rare casses do they ever give back points so bottom line if he gets the account you are **** just try to change the password info and email

No if ms gets him his account back you just lost 4000 ms points. But you could still try to call them and tell them that you downloaded the wrong account by accedent somehow and put the ms points on that account. But that is a very low chance of that working. Tough Luck.
