No you a retard sir. I have confirmed over 20 people's lobby. being verified means you are stickied at the top of the threads list. Being confirmed means someone says you CAN do the hacks and you are real. I don't really NEED free 10th but my KV got banned and I'm selling 10th accounts to my friend to save up for an unbanned one. If you are that cheap to not let ONE person go through free to confrim, then you are retarded because the staff is saying to pay at their own RISK. There would be no RISK if I confirmed it.
