Bit of a silly cosmetic I made for Jigglypuff. It's my first character edit and I'm quite proud of how it turned out. SunSpirit made the render, so big thanks to him.
The Hat was ripped straight from the game using GCFScape for extraction, Crowbar for model decompressing and VTFEdit for material color values.
Skin Includes:
-TexID Fix (Subgroup of 192)
-Game Accurate Set of CSP's
-Metal Model
Yes, this skin is Wi-Fi safe.
