Cyan Zero Suit Samus by AlbbbusTV
This is my second SSB4 hack truck. This skin only goes over c04 (green skin). As I said in the README.txt, the .dds files for chr_xx don't load correctly on gimp, so hopefully I can find a way to fix that within the next few weeks (cuz unfortunately i'm not as dedicated as I should be fonch.)
