I used a similar save back in the day and it worked out well for me. All the achievements appear as if you got them offline but its not bad.

Drag the save into Horizon and replace your ID's with the over the game save's IDs, then save, rehash, and resign.
Confirmed this works without clearing cache as well. Thanks
