Open "main" Folder C:/Programme/Activision/Call of Duty 4/main
Make a backup (~ 4gb)

Rename: iw_00.iwd zu localized_english_aa.iwd
Rename: iw_01.iwd zu localized_english_aab.iwd
Rename: iw_02.iwd zu localized_english_aac.iwd
Rename: iw_03.iwd zu localized_english_aad.iwd
Rename: iw_04.iwd zu localized_english_aae.iwd
Rename: iw_05.iwd zu localized_english_aaf.iwd
Rename: iw_06.iwd zu localized_english_aag.iwd
Right Click and create a new WinRar(Zip) archive. Rename the archive to localized_english_aw07.iwd. Open the archive an klick right -> Create new Volume and Rename it to "images"
Put the .iwi files into the images Folder/Volume and drag the localized_english_aw07 archive to the main folder.
