INSTALLATION
If you want to install it permanently, go to your Call of Duty 4 Main Folder, find the file with iw_00.iwd and rename it to localized_english_aa.iwd. For iw_01.iwd, rename to localized_english_aab.iwd. For iw_02.iwd ,rename it localized_english_aac.iwd. For iw_03.iwd, rename it localized_english_aad.iwd, and finally rename iw_04.iwd to localized_english_aae.iwd. Then, take the file in the RAR archive i provided ( in this case purem14.iwd) and rename it to localized_english_aw07. With this done, you should have the skin permanently wherever you are.
Otherwise, just put it in any mod folder (Both methods works in Singleplayer and Multiplayer)
