This was for UNRATED.
Although it may not look it from the screenshots. If you check in game, you can see that despite the majority of the skin being Navy or Black, 80-65% of the body has been skinned. Each black piece of clothing has been tweaked to fit just right with the rest of the skin.
This skin is intended for use on night or indoor maps, but still looks pretty cool on the third Act launch facility missions.

I encourage all of you to start skinning for Call of Duty 4. There has been a serious lack of interest and it seems that I am doing the majority. So I hope you guys can check out a tutorial and get to work. :)
