Re-Hash and Re-Sign to your profile using Modio, Horizon, 360 Revoloution or a similar program
Then inject the save onto your USB memory Stick or directly on to your Xbox 360 hard drive.
NOTE: You will need to replace both your RDR2SAVE0.sav & RDR2OPTIONS.sav for this to work

This only provided me the explore the whole map achievement and besides the clearly modded stats are just ridiculous

The file when, when you go to extract it, asks for a password that is not given above.... I wouldn't waste my time to download this.
