This is a UserSetting File for Portal Still Alive and can be added to any of your save files all you have to do is overwrite the current usersettings file in portals folder.
To Enable Mods:
once in game click the "BACK" Button to activate modded buttons. Will say something on screen like cvars set to 1.
BACK - Select/Back Button - Activate Modded Buttons
LB - Left Shoulder Button - God Mode
RB - Right Shoulder Button - No Clippings (Fly Around, Through Walls)
Y - Yellow Button - Enable portal placement on any surface
