This save makes Blackhall Manor in Point Lookout into a player house. No extra weapons, armor, or other items like that, this is purely a player house. Almost completely re-done the inside and have added a lot to the outside to make it feel more homey. All the essentials are there, Bed, Workbench, infirmary, Chem set, and lots of other things.
