PERSONAL NOTES:I was watching my old skins and when I saw this one, suddenly I start thinking how to improve it more. So, I worked in a completely re-done new skin (Same idea). The original Vulcanus-11 doesn't have the proper anims for HL, I used the SPAS-12 anims because it fits well. Try my best fixing the UV's and improving a little the textures. Hope you like it, actually working on my own H.E.V. arms textures.
