Default Knife Retex V2

My first skin that put ALOT of hard work. Basically a knife without a camo on it. Change the knife texture and the handle. Include Player and First Person model (Knife don't have world model).

V2 contains:

- Better quality handle
- Added metal scratch on the knife
- Slightly brighter knife

V2.1 contains:

- Slightly sharper model
- More metal scratch

NOTE: no screenshot for V2.1
