This is set in 2016. Some time after it was set off last.
The last time it happend (in Xblah's map) the place was abandoned. They have been trying to set it off again and make it work this time. People don't like the idea and want it destroyed. You are one of these people. The only probelem is your the one who sets it off...
The map is unfinished but I hope you like it anyways. I tried for something diferent.
