Here's my save to get 1000 alien kills using powers and to play in the simulation for 40 hours.
It requires about 10 - 15 more alien kills, either just start killing people till aliens show up or go into a fight club objective and kill people which i personally found to be easier if you go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] when you get to the second round don't go to the defend spot and you'll have unlimited people spawn you can just kill them.
For the 40 hours one it requires about 15 minutes or so of play time i tried to get it as close as possible but i left for 5 mins came back and it had popped up because the in game counter was wrong.
