The only thing it really gives you is the money because, once you do the first mission to get the Rune you get reset to 10 Ammo : though this is still a good save! and i recommend you dont use it for your first play through!

Katsumi Oh wow. This will make you insanely overpowered to say the least. I recommend everyone to download this on their second play through, as the main fun in dishonored is the challenge that it poses
I agree. I played the Dishonored the first time on the hardest difficulty, now I'm going to use the to help me get the achievements.
