Load the save, press "B" in game and the achievements will pop. I'm pretty sure it is "B" if not, try one of the other buttons. I am not sure if they will pop in order, you have been warned.

afrokill12 i know im late to all this but ive done this many times before and im having problems only with this game, any tips?
I explained this on another post for L4D, this profile probably will not work, I've never got L4D1 to work for gamesaves or even modding period. I know L4D2 works but for this you may just have to download a gamerscore editor and then mod the achievements. You're practically doing it anyways.

rkidx So I put this on a USB and then put the USB on to my Xbox and then load up this save then press B or something and i will then start to get 1,000GS????
