Incase you still dont know, or if anyone else is wondering.

This is a save set. So you open the file using Horizon, change it to your gamertag, put it on usb, and play the game as if it were your own.

example, this game saves are at the end of each mission, before the boss.

You load the game, beat the boss, and earn the achievement. simple
