Here is a save released by unkown v2. This is a con file not an save so you can't just drag and drop.
Open your favorite xbox file explorer.
Find your original YuGiOh MD save and open it.
Open the contents tab and right click and replace it with this .dat file you downloaded.
Rehash and resign, save and place back in usb or hard drive.
Warning this will remove all user decks and remove single player process, or add if you haven't started it.
