Finish all episodes on hardest difficulty
Info: all you need to do is play the last Tokyo Map - Final Call (the easier one in my opinion) on the insane difficulty and survive for the Trophy to pop. Use my Level 30 Fixer character and his masking gas grenades to give you an edge.

HeroCloudStrife ok so i see you complete all the episodes but not all are complete in insane difficulty. The ones i see complete on insane difficulty is ep:1 new york tunnel vision and hell and high water. The other are complete on Easy and Normal.
yo do you have it ? i have been looking for awhile lol didnt find any data for it as the 14 missions
