This is the ‘Operation Patch!’

My goal is to implement some of the improvements from Rockman.EXE OperateShootingStar.

The current version only incorporates a few changes:

It removes the dingy yellow color scheme,
Replacing it with the more subtle blue one from ‘OSS’.

This patch Also features the battle chip buffs from ‘OSS’,
to keep the combat more inline with the rest of the series

More features are planned.
