Item description:

This hack adds Watts to the Haunted Forest near the whip post. This is useful because in the early section of the game you will come and go past that whip post many times having acquired weapon orbs along the way which in the original game you wouldn’t get a chance to forge unless and until you huffed it all the way down to Gaia’s Navel.
