This is for all the junior members who are having trouble extracting. I am going to post one of my first saves I modded with the tool here. This save has the first 4 characters with only 2 modded, The female is level 99 I only use her for in & out missions like robberies & evidence destruction, Also Squigs who is level 25 I mainly use him & the boss for all other missions.
