WARNING - If you do not have the All Emeralds achievement, Use the Super Sonic option at your own risk, If you want the Chaos Emerald achievements you will still need to get them legit, Minus the 7th (Hardest) one. It's pretty easy though.
With the lots of lives and kills - The achievements for these will pop instantly or after you gain one more life or kill.
