this is a very hard to get premium theme a friend of mine ripped it off there hard drive and gave it to me and i got it working by putting the theme through xlast which is a program that doesn't exsist that much now but this is a really awesome premium enjoy
just place it in the 00030000 folder under the folder ffe07d1 i think its normally your profile storage then under another folder that has 0000000000000000 as the folder
no need for rehash/resign just place in folder and it should load
if you don't have the folder on your usb just create the folder by putting a theme on your usb when its connected to your xbox 360
