Item description:
Simply go one room to the left and speak to Johannes in order to select Craft. From there, you will craft Over the Rainbow under Scarves for the Item Collector trophy, and Resist Magic under Shards for the Shardmaster trophy.
The save is also a (mostly) 100% save, with a rather full competion rate in all of the Archive with the exception of Techniques (not necessary for unlocking any trophies), as well as a nicely powered up Miriam at Level 58.
While I've tested it and can confirm that it unlocks the two trophies listed, I cannot confirm nor deny that it will unlock any other trophies, outside of the ones that are done via random misc. tasks.

can anyone assist us on how to use this file? i moved it to my USB stick saw the MGSV thumbnail but the file says corrupted, cheers

Yes it works, you are able to delete your D.E save and resign to TPP saved data. Then just download uploaded TPP data to D.E.
Can you explain it step by step?
