Dragon- Hello! So, I would have to play to get the level 1 melee? I'm pretty sure melee level 1 file save is at the bottom in folder.

The folder with the save inside is empty unfortunately.

Without testing it, the saves are missing these achievements:

Gold Melee Master Award
You completed Condemned: Criminal Origins with only melee weapons

Silver Melee Master Award
You completed three levels of Condemned: Criminal Origins with only melee weapons

Everything else seems to be there, so unfortunately you may need to do basically the whole game melee only after using these saves. The collectibles, birds and TV's are covered by the saves.

Dragon- Does this give you 100% achievements in correct order for each save sets?

After looking at the files, this set should give you everything in the correct order. The save for Level 1 melee only does seem to be missing though.
