Do you have Cobra custom firmware? Aldo Vargas' XMBManager+ mod is the best plugin manager available!
Plugin managers exist in bunches in this scene, but Aldo Vargas' XMB Manager+ is still the best of them all. Like the others, it helps you install webMAN easily, as well as keep your other plugins in order. As part of version 0.23.000, it's now possible to connect to a Network Folder on any PC in the world. With the connection between PC and PS3 properly established, you can then stream media and even install PKG files directly over a network. Check out the finer details below!
XMB Manager + Version 0.23.000
Changes in 0.23.000: Added new "Network Folders" menu to webMAN tools.
This new option let you mount a shared folder on the PC as a local folder (/dev_bdvd). You must have running PS3 NET Server on the PC and server address configured on webMAN.
With this option you can play (supported) remote videos, music, pictures, and install PKG files stored on a remote PC (virtually in any place of the globe) directly from XMB. You can also play shared rom files, browse remote folders and more.

NOTE: WiFi networks can be too slow for certain operations. A wired network is highly recommended.
