Load gamesave go into the cave and give him the needed item (I can´t remember but I have it in my inventory) and obtain the last trophy.

Sorry mate, but this save doesn't work. You've already "fed" all 30 higgeldy stones. In the cave is only the Fungia Sporra from quest Nr 056. Deleted all my own saves, just to see there were some problems with my saves - but no.
