At the end of the game, you have +9 bars of health over your regular health bar due to finding all 9 secret Jomo Prophecies.
There are NO unlockables, no NEW GAME+, NOTHING!!!
I only missed 4 "Books" along the way, but all they do is give you more info on the story, the last of Frank's Books is at the last boss fight.
