This save contains a system save with all infinite weapons except the Rocket Launcher.

I've also included a game save at the typewriter before the final boss. Killing him will award you the infinite RL plus the Minimalist, Frugalist, A Small Carbon Footprint, and S Rank completion trophies for Leon. He isn't too hard once you learn his patterns. Just aim at his heart and fire away.
