This save works 100%. I tested it today on the PS5 with the PS4 version 1.48 in coop mode from chapter 8/4.

Save goes with me! SAVE00 Save03 Save04 RAR file - it must be a zip file! if not download again and unzip again. Copy all three to USB storage with Save Wizard that works fine. Thank you for the save !!!
