Item description:

Level 2: Die by the lava beam + complete the level + Die by hitting the triangle button after this you will have the first 3 trophies

Level 6: Get past the lava beam and then don't touch any buttons you will fall off the map and you will get the 4th trophy

Level 10: Complete the 10th level and your 5th trophy will unlock

Level 12: Don't touch any buttons you will die by a saw and your 6th trophy will unlock

Level 20: Complete the level and you 7th trophy will unlock

Level 24: Get inside the green portal and your 8th trophy will unlock (you don't need to complete the level)

Level 25: Get inside the red portal and your 9th trophy will unlock (you don't need to complete the level)

Level 28: Get inside the yellow & orange portal and your 10th & 11th trophy will unlock (you don't need to complete the level)

Level 29: Complete the level and your 12th trophy will unlock

Level 30: Kill an orc and complete the level to unlock your 13th & 14th trophy

Level 39: Start the level and your 15th trophy will unlock (you don't need to complete the level)

Level 47: Start the level and your last trophy + the platinum will unlock
