Although it may seem strange, it is possible to obtain this trophy using my save
Just load the save provided (it will say that is is a Leon save, but nevermind that)

Go to the point in the 05:44 minute mark in this GUIDE

to activate the radio dialogue, after that just follow the rest of the guide.
You'll also notice that the enemies cannot clip you, making you invincible.

The game will crash in the end, but the trophy will pop anyway.
