You need:
-Pendrive
-Your xbox live account in this pendrive
-Horizon

1.Download / transfer your profile from xbox 360
2.Insert the USB stick into the computer and start the program
3.Open horizon
4.In horizon, open "gamer profile" and copy (or mark the profile as a favorite [better option]) "profile ID" , "device ID" and "console ID"
5.Put the savegame file into the horizon and paste it into the appropriate windows
6.Click "Save, Rehash and Resign" and Save to Device
7.In xbox 360 transfer save game to hard disc
8.Open game
