Nowhere did I find a working save for this trophy. Everyone had it re-regionated, so it didn't work, or they claimed that 1 manual was missing, but they were actually missing 2. So I got into it and it's here.
Hit continue game and pick up the latest manual. He's on a truck in the tunnel. Here is the video 7:40
I didn't test save on the second profile, so let me know in the comments.
