This 99% save is not mine guys I found it as someone has beat me to what I wanted to do.
This Save has :
99% Main Sequences
100% Side Missions
100% Collectibles
95% Side Activities (3xChests missing from the Fleet Minigame)
All Offline Achievements unlocked
What you have to do:
Replay Sequence 11 Memory 3
Use Rope Dart to hang 2 guards
Finish the mission.
