The folder named "promod_stallion" goes here:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\
Find the file named "dlclist.xml", located at:
mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\
Add the following line of text to the bottom of the list, after the last 'Item':
dlcpacks:\promod_stallion\
Spawn car with a trainer (manually enter name): promod_stallion
