How to install:
- Copy "ptornado" folder to \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
- Add the following line to the dlclist.xml:
dlcpacks:/ptornado/
dlclist.xml's path: \mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
Spawn name: ptornado.
Features:
