Yes, this save works, but IT IS USELESS! You see, as described, it puts you at the first save point (Twilight Town: "The Usual Spot") when the game prompts you to save for the first time. You have 99999 munny, but no other stats were edited. So, you're at Level 1 with 20 HP and 100 MP. HOWEVER... Not too long into the game ALL OF YOUR MUNNY IS STOLEN! This event reverts your munny to ZERO! This save should have been created AFTER that event happens.
