This save works perfectly. I re regioned the save to CUSA00103, loaded it up on my ps5 and choose the first vehicle from the list, exited fortress, called chum, hopped into magnum opus and smashed the other vechile with magnus opus and the Trophy poped :D.

Worked perfectly, following the instructions in the included text file. I had to resign it to CUSA00054 with Save Wizard, but absolutely no problems at all. Also unlocked "The Exiled" for me, too.
