Here is my save for the Height of Technique trophy for learning all the skills in the game! I know I am late to the Sekiro party but just started the game, and didn't see a save for this trophy though its the rarest in the game!
How to unlock:
Interact with the Sculptor's Idol In front of you. Go to "Acquire Skills" and then buy the last skill under the Mushin Arts category. Once done, you will unlock this trophy!
