can you get S+ on hardcore with this save if you don't use any of the unlocked weapons ?

Goatyx When you get to the part of playing Ada, will the super HP be gone when switching back to Leon?
It comes back when you go to Leon again. But that part is super difficult on Hardcore for this save.
